R’ Akiva Eger can be seen at the bottom left
Poznań, 1838: Rabbi Akiva Eger II passed away.
In the year 1838, the artist Juliusz Knorr, painted a painting depicting the Poznan market, which is in the center of the town. One can see, at the bottom left of the painting, Rabbi Akiva Eger walking with the two dayanim of town.
