A girl born today, 30 Adar, will have here Bat Mitzvah, either 30 Shevat, or 1 Nissan [ask you rav], since in a regular year there is no such date as 30 Adar.
One famous gadol beYisrael, born on this unique day, was R’ Wolf Schreiber, known as the Ksav Sofer. He celebrated his Bar Mitzvah on 30 Shevat.
