Shul in Narbonne

Narbonne, 1149: Ra’avad II passed away.

We are referring to the Rabbi Avraham ben Yitzchak from Narbonne, known as Ra’avad II. He authored Sefer HaEschkol.

He was the father-in-law of the famous Ra’avad from Posquières [Vauvert, France].

Another Ra’avad, is known as the “Ra’avad Ba’al HaQabbalah”, who authored the chronology – Sefer HaQabalah.

NB. I’m not sure how reliable the date and the year of his passing away are.
