30 Adar is a very unique day.
A child born today, 30 Adar, will not have their Bar or Bat Mitzvah in Adar whatsoever. They will rather celebrate their birthday on months before or after — either 30 Shevat as per the Minchas Yitzchak, or 1 Nissan as per the Shevet Halevi [ask you rav], since in a regular year, as will be years 5796 and 5797, there is no such date as 30 Adar.
One famous gadol beYisrael, born on this unique day, was R’ Wolf Schreiber, known as the Ksav Sofer. He celebrated his Bar Mitzvah on 30 Shevat.
